He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained what needed to be done. One of my plumbing valve handles had broken, leaving me without water. Hakim repaired it efficiently and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He also fixed an issue with my outdoor hose connection that wasn't working correctly. Hakim was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took pride in his work. It's not easy to find someone who responds quickly and provides such quality service.
