"Back in August, my 3 rental homes all had to be re-piped, with new water heaters put in and 320' of gas lines dug across the property. It was a major overhaul project and required a crew with solid plumbing, gas and electrical experience to manage it all simultaneously. It was expensive, but the work needed to be done and because there were multiple tenants involved, the units all had to be back up and running quickly and correctly. I would have given the company 5 stars for this job except I discovered that 6 weeks ago the previous crew failed to ensure that the gas furnaces in all 3 houses were also hooked up and working properly. After I spent the past 5 nights freezing in 30 degree weather, Robert arrived today knowing that I was pretty upset over learning about this oversight in November. Yet he remained very calm and professional throughout the process as he resolved the issues with each unit and ultimately redeemed the company's reputation in my mind. I also learned that Robert was a new hire but he had years of experience under his belt with the perfect disposition for this type of work. "We had Marshall Plumbing out a few months back. The job wasn't huge but definitely difficult. The supply line from the water meter, under our driveway, had a leak. That's right, under the driveway. I had visions of a ripped up driveway, trench diggers, etc.. But Mike and team were able to do some nifty work to pull another pipe underneath using the old pipe. When I say, pull I mean, hooking it up with a high-strength cable to two trucks, using one as a anchor and the other one pulling. It was amazing. There was no guarantee it would work and it was not without difficulties. There were several times I thought they weren't going to be able to pull it all through but they kept working at it and it finally got through. On top of the hard work, the price was REALLY reasonable, especially compared to the significantly more expensive options if that didn't work. We will be switching to Marshall Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. Thanks Mike."

"We had a pipe burst in our basement during the cold snap in GA this year. I called him at the suggestion of a co-worker. he immediately returned our call and despite his being booked the entire day from early morning until late at night, he fit us in. he came over to the house ,checked out the situation and gave us a quote. one of the great things he does is he makes sure he looks at all your plumbing needs to make sure there are not issues which you were not aware of or might have missed. he let us know he was going to have to tear out our existing shower to fix the pipe. since they were going to have to fix the pipe anyway, we decided to redo the basement bathroom. Brian spoke with my husband about who he would need to complete the job and at the request of my husband, spoke to him about a tankless water heater for the house. Brian gave us a very fair price. he gave us the contact information for the tile installer, the dry wall installer, the painter and the frameless glass enclosure installer. he was there for every individual who came to work on the bathroom and worked with them, making sure they came, they did what they said they were going to and answered any of our questions. Brian fixed the pipe which burst as well as insulated it so that it wouldn't occur again, he installed our vanity and the granite top, he installed the new toilet, he installed the tankless water heater and all faucets/shower heads etc. not one time did he push, there was no hard selling, nor did he suggest un-needed repairs. Brian is professional, personable, knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. i would recommend him to anyone, and for me,that is saying a lot ! we are going to call him back when we renovate our kitchen and two other bathrooms. <br />"

I called them, I had to call them three times that night. They did come to fix it the next morning. They were apologetic. The quality of the installation and the work was good."
