They did a super job, inspecting our chimney and cleaning it. Even showed us video of our chimney and made suggestions on other repairs that should be done. There was no "hard sell" but he was very specific about some minor repairs that would provide more energy efficiency. He was very professional and the work was done efficiently and cleanly. "Len and  his partner worked on two different days and  arrived a few hours late on the first day but had the wrong phone number to contact me.  They were however able to complete the work that I needed to done very satisfactorily.  The did not have a tall enough ladder to install the ceiling fan but did return a few days later having rented an appropriate ladder from Home Depot.  Hanging the fan was clearly a two man job and they did a great job.  Although they did not have the proper ladder initially they were willing to get the rental and return to complete the install.  The ladder was huge and they had to transport carefully on their truck.  I appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile to complete the task.  They were friendly, professional and very accommodating.  I originally purchases the 3 hrs of 2 handymen services for $275 and paid an additional $175 for the fan install which included the rental of the extra tall ladder from Home Depot.  The job did take them an additional hour plus and was not an easy task.   I will definitely hire them again and referred them to my sister.

"After looking at our two repair jobs, Nosh explained in detail the work he proposed to do and the cost for each.  He discussed the options with us for fixing the front porch brick, and we agreed with his recommendation to replace all of the bricks rather than a piecemeal brick by brick replacement (about half of the bricks were bad).  Nosh impressed us with his knowledge and professional manner, so we decided to have him do the work. 
Nosh started in immediately, going to three different brick sources until he found bricks that would be a close match to the bricks on our house.  He started work on the porch promptly the next morning, arriving early in the morning and working until late afternoon when it started to rain.  He returned early again the next day and finished the chimney late that afternoon.  When working on the chimney, he had planned to replace 5 or 6 courses of bricks on the chimney, but found he had to go down about 9 courses instead (he had to buy additional bricks to complete the job).  He did not charge for the extra bricks or additional labor.  He also discovered a cracked section of flue, which he replaced for only the wholesale cost of the flue liner.  He also replaced one brick on the front of the house that had cracked, and again didn't charge for the extra work.
We are very pleased with the final result.  Nosh did excellent work, and clearly takes great pride in doing a quality job.  He goes the extra mile to make sure everything is right, and when he finds additional unforeseen issues, he corrects them to make it right (the cracked flue liner is a great example).  He leveled a section of concrete sidewalk in front of the porch, and reset and secured the concrete step up to the porch at no extra charge.  He took the time to find the right bricks to match the bricks from 2 decades ago used on our brick house - you'd never notice the bricks had been replaced.  Plus he's a fun guy to talk to.
