"I woke up to no water pressure in the house and my front yard quite soggy. I called the water company, they sent a crew out and confirmed it was a leak on my side. I called Plumb Pros and they fit me into their earliest available slot, which was about 2 hours out. They showed up on time, located the leak, and had it patched in less than an hour. I also had an additional issue with a water heater in another building on the property that wasn't working. Scott was willing to take a look at it, diagnosed that it was probably the top heating element. Pulled it out and sure enough it was burnt up. After a quick replacement, we were up and running again. Scott and his sons conducted themselves professionally, efficiently, and the cost was well within what I considered the realm of reasonable.
