"George was super helpful over the phone determining the right water heating solution for our home, was highly communicative and transparent throughout the process, and made quick work of the installation of our electric water heater. Would highly recommend to other folks in Seattle in need of a water heater upgrade!"

"My water heater started leaking and my hot water was gone. I got an outrageous quote from a local plumber who was too busy too replace it. Thankfully I was able to contact George, and he was able to come the same day to replace it. Not to mention his prices were much affordable. I would highly recommend anyone who needs their water heater serviced!"

"My old water heater sprung a leak and the floor was covered with water. I called them and they were out same day to replace. Brand new water heater installed and working great. Highly recommended!"

"Rob came out to review our existing system and helped us figure out what kind and brand of heat pump would work best with our system. He was very patient and informative, and answered all our questions without any pressure or up-sells (we had quotes from five providers). We signed the contract and payed our deposit in June 2021, but unfortunately global supply chain issues delayed the parts being received. Day & Nite were communicative of the issue and offered several alternatives, including a refund of the deposit. We opted to wait for the parts. It took four months, but the techs (lead by Jeff B) were fantastic and very accommodating in how we wanted piping and wiring routed. We are very pleased with how it's turned out and loved working with a local (and family owned!) company! Our gas water heater is due for replacement soon, and we'll be coming back to Day & Nite for that!"

"Our water heater needed replacement and they were out the next morning to replace it. Very good service, installation quality and friendly repairman. Would recommend this company and will use them again"

"Excellent experience with Jacob and Blaine from Seatown. They piped a gas line over to the tankless water heater and installed the heater. They removed the old heater and cleaned up the area. The quality of the work was very high. Both Jacob and Blaine were very personable and polite. We have already booked Seatown to upgrade our electrical panel and replace our old knob and tube wiring and sockets. Highly recommend Seatown."

"They came out as scheduled, had new water heater on the truck. Removal of old device followed by flawless and quick installation of new water heater. Definitely recommend Joseph and his apprentice!"

"Austin with Twin Water Heater did an amazing job converting our traditional tank water heater to a tankless system. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the entire process and answer all of our questions. The installation was clean and everything turned out great. I especially appreciated how transparent he was about the work that needed to be done and the cost—there were no surprises or pressure to add anything unnecessary. You can tell he really cares about doing the job correctly and making sure his customers are happy with the end result. We’ve been loving the tankless system and having endless hot water! I would absolutely recommend Austin and Twin Water Heater to anyone looking for a water heater installation or tankless conversion."

"Bryce and Eva were fantastic. I had a pipe rupture. I was in a panic. They walked me through the most effective way to shut off the water. They didnâ t provide the service to repair everything the next day. I asked if he could repair a toilet while he was here. He graciously took care of that as well. I could not ask for more."
