I assume that they did the job I hired them to do, but since I did not get on a ladder to check my gutters, I don't know what kind of job they did on a 2500 square foot house in 10 minutes. They cleaned up and took a small amount of trash with them. I don't know how to give this service a rating."

"Joe Daly came out to fix the problem. Was extremely professional and courteous. Was on time. He was the fourth exterminator to come out and try. Saw where I had set traps in the past. Made an assessment of my situation and found holes outside where I need to have a mason come and close. Told me I had set traps in the correct spots. Gave me advise on where to set more in the basement. He didn't charge me anything for the consultation telling me that without closing the outside first it wouldn't make sense to spend money setting up traps. Very thorough and professional. Moving forward he will be my exterminator if I ever need one in the future. Very trust worthy."

My initial phone call with Brad was pleasant as he informed me of all the reasons why squirrels could be getting inside our walls.
