"I purchased a hot tub from someone over a year ago, but didn't get it set in place or wire until recently. After getting it wired, the tub wouldn't fire up. My dad installed a new motor, but we still couldn't get the jets going. I gave Joe a call on Monday he said he would be out Wednesday or Thursday. I received a call Tuesday morning saying he could come out today. He was very thorough with checking all the components of the tub and explaining evertything as he was doing his thing. Unfortunately my dad crossed the wires and forgot to hook up a few others. About an hour and a half later, I had a fully functioning hot tub. "They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given.
