The water heater had to be ordered but he was there as promised and installed it as soon as it arrived. He was friendly, reliable, and reasonably priced. In fact he had to do some unexpected work on my kitchen sink because of the way the previous owners improper installation and he didnâ t even charge me for the extra work.
