"Steve came out to diagnose an outlet/breaker issue. Price to diagnose was really high. I was really shocked (pun intended) to find out the price to replace a fried GFI. However, Steve worked with me on the price, and I ended up getting a one year maintenance plan. Great customer service provided by Steve and the office staff, and the issue was solved quickly. I will have them out to do some more electrical projects around the house. I also plan on having the heating and air group out to service the furnace and air conditioner. Be prepared to spend more for their services, but know it will be a job well done."
