"Alec from Aqua Sewer & Drain Service very professional when he showed up to check the water leak we had. Alec diagnosed the issue and said we needed an expansion tank since it cracked and that’s where all the water was leaking from. He said we don’t need a water heater because that is functioning properly. He took some pictures and then went to get the parts and came back within 30 mins and started the work. You can tell he really knew what he was doing. He had all the right tools in his work truck. He removed the old expansion tank and put in the new expansion tank and a shut off valve and he also strapped the expansion tank so it got added support. He also check the water pressure and looked for leaks before he left. We had this issue Friday night around 11pm and we call his company Saturday morning and he should up at 8am. It took about 2 hours before he finished. Alec was very knowledgeable, he also wore booties on his shoes in our house. I would recommend Aqua Sewer & Drain Services to anyone who has any plumbing issues. We live in South Brunswick NJ."

"2 months ago we had the central air unit and the coil above the furnace replaced everything with marvelous the guys were punctual respectful friendly and did a **** of a job. Today we have the water heater replaced the gentleman that came was polite very respectful very thorough and very neat. Both times I was very impressed with the service. The price was the price no upselling or weird business they carefully did the job I'm very happy boss lady is very happy which is very important. I left out the money details intentionally because it's subjective to what your budget is and who wants to pay what. I will say this I've used services that gave a better price in the past and regretted it You're going to have the HVAC and water heater a lot longer than they're going to have the money so you want it done right. Not that you should break yourself but there has to be a happy medium because getting it done twice is way more expensive..."

"We had several different technicians working on installing a new water heater in a crawl space. There were several different unexpected occurrences that arose, but the guys were great. They were respectful, curious, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and extremely patient explaining our oppositions. They were responsive and prompt to some unexpected situations. Highly recommend them, I'm giving the technicians ten stars for their professional and respectful work ethics."

"George did an excellent and very clean job installing my hot water heater and I am very pleased."

"Blue Boxer responded immediately, came within an hour and replaced the water heater in a few hours. Very professional and high quality work."

"My old central air system died after 21 years. I got several quotes. My quote from Pipe Works was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive either. But the quality of the service was impeccable! Perry Mandarakas is one of their engineers/sales people. He measured everything about my old system and then explained in detail how he was designing the new system why he did it that way. He went over what would stay, what would be replaced and why. It all made sense. And in designing my system, he made a couple of tweaks to the design which got me a higher efficiency rating and qualified me not only for a rebate from the electric company, but a $600 credit on my taxes next spring! Installation was fast and perfect. Very responsive customer service and quality technicians. I highly recommend them."

"The plumber answered my initial call and I was able to describe the problem we were having with the guest room shower fixture that only produced very hot water. I sent him a photo of the fixture. He came the next morning and replaced the cartridge, unclogged the drain in the tub, and fixed the stopper that was not closing properly. All of his services were priced reasonably!"
