"Woke up this morning to my hvac leaking and contacted Markool. I have never used them before and was in a pinch. They fit me right in this morning and were out at my house within 2 hours. "The pipe to my outside faucet was leaking into the garage. When I called and spoke with Edmund on a Friday, he said he could come out on Monday. I was concerned about all the water damage and he agreed to come out on Saturday morning.Edmund was prompt and very courteous. He replaced the faulty turn off valve ( 50+ years old) and fixed the pipe and outside spigot. I also had him replace another turn off valve in the laundry room. I called him in response to a leak coming from the ceiling in my living room -  he responded very quickly. Advised I turn off the water -was not sure which was the main water handle. I took a pic and sent it to him and he advised which one it was. Told me he wasn't sure if he could get by today. But then called me a bit later to advise he would be by that day. He was there for a bit trying to figure exactly where the leak was coming from. Cut a square area to access the pipe then replaced the section where the leak was.
