They accommodate your schedule and arrive as stated as well as provide update throughout the job time. Very reassuring and takes time to explain all questions. "powerpro was able to send a professional quickly, but unable to help me with my problem. after quoting me a price online, the professional showed up and was unable to clear my drain, citing corrosion and needing full replacement of the drain. They said the needed time to provide a quote, for a project that would have been around 3-5k. The professional also said they thought I had a gas leak, and offered a $500 gas leak detection service. Later, I called another plumber who cleared the clog for $200 same day. Powerpro seems scammy, and I am canceling my Angi account over this."
