"Remedy is the best plumbing company in the Athens area! They truly care for their customers and go above and beyond to make sure they are happy. I switched to a tankless water heater and the work was perfectly executed and for a fair price. I highly recommend them for all plumbing needs and will be using them in the future!"

"On time, friendly, gave homeowner an comprehensive education about the issue and what the homeowner could do so as to avoid another service call. That in itself would have been worth a service charge. Since the issue resolved itself before the plumber arrived, the cost of examination was free.

"The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later"

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
