"I called several companies to price the installation of a water heater, and chose Modern Plumbing not only because the price quoted was very competitive but because Brian S., the owner, gave me frank and sensible advice on what type of water heater I needed. They picked up the water heater I purchased from Home Depot, installed it with a drain pan, and hauled away the old one. "My Remedy Plumber arrived on time and didn’t really charge me for his service because he stated what he needed to do may not fix my problem because I needed a new faucet which he did not have. Water was running from both the tub’s faucet and the shower head. After pulling off the faucet and making a minor adjustment to a washer within the faucet the problem was "temporary" fixed, the washer was damaged. He stated that a new faucet was needed and that I could call back to have that installed. I thanked him, gave him a small thank you gift, and he was on his way.
