"Only one referral for an easy plumbing fix? Pretty lame for a website. Price was too high for a simple repair. Could have done better without using Angi."

"This a case of a local shop being purchased by a big guy some10 yrs ago. As time goes on we feel less and less valued as a long time customer. We use them for many of our repair issues and are satisfied with their work. An example of DISSATISFACTION came recently when our year old water heater failed and was replaced under warranty. The initial cost was $1467.00. A year and a half later, we were hit with another $400.00 "labor charge" to replace it AND the warranty was not reset to new---with the new unit!! We have great faith in the integrity of several of our favorite service guys and request them when we call for service. But as we told our guy "Tim" yesterday, if he goes, we'll most likely be right behind him! That said---the office help is unfailingly polite and pleasant, they call to gauge our satisfaction with the visit and they seem sincere. Honestly, if we switch to someone new it could be better---BUT--it could be the same or worse! Maybe I'm dreaming to expect personal consideration regarding ALL the work and $$$ I've directed their way."

"Very thorough in repairing my plumbing needs. Very patient and tackful in handling each unforeseen problem. I am very thankful for the time taken to complete each project and for doing an excellent, exceptional, well-done job. I would definitely recommend Immediate Response Sewer and Drain. Thank you for recommending them to me. I have no more drips and everything is working perfect. The plumber was courteous, and he knew his job. His experience showed."
