"It was a huge job. I had to get the siding taken off the back of my house to access the pipes for the bathroom and kitchen. My house is on a concrete slab, so the pipes were not just replaced but put in different locations as a workaround. They had to dig down 4 feet to replace pipe from the well to the house. At one point, Jesse and his wife and young son were willing to stay until as long as it took so I wouldn't be without running water even one full day but I told them to go home and come back the next day. When he started to drain my hot water heater, we discovered it was so plugged full of rust I would need a new water heater. He ran out and got one right then and sold it to me for his cost. Overall, I was so pleased with how hard they worked to get the job done quickly that I gave them a bonus."

"Fernando was absolutely awesome. He was able to show up on site quickly, discuss with me all my options and the different price points. He did not pressure me to make any decision and let me think about what would be the best given my situation. The next day I decided to instead of replacing a part on a 30 year old water tank, but to replace with a new water tank. Fernando brought me a new water tank very quickly, took out the old tank, had to secure safety straps into concrete wall, adjust the height of the tank stand, and all the to code add-ons expansion tank, water shut off value, better copper joint etc. He worked really long hours to get everything installed perfectly. Fernando even let me know he was hearing extra water flow that was usually, and he was correct. My main water line pipe had leaked in my front yard. Fantastic Service. "Greg & Donnell cleaned all the exterior cabinet surfaces. I didn't want the insides painted and I really like the contrasting look now when I open them. Greg removed the doors and drawers and took them to his place to primer, lightly sand and paint. He and Donnell came back to do the same with the boxes. They worked super quick and well together. A real team there. They started on Monday and were completely finished by Friday morning. I purchased some handles at Home Depot and my son added them to the cabinets which really made them stand out. I could not be happier with the results. My cabinets turned out exactly like the picture I had in my head. My kitchen looks so much bigger and open and light."

"Pad for lawn statue went well. Leveling area beneath garage door, i.e., sill, didn't go as I had hoped. I originally felt grinding-down high area was best solution, but Contractor tried applying a leveling grout, which didn't solve problem. The grout began to crumble when vehicle was driven over it after letting it harden for several days. Attempted to reach Contractor several times via phone and text message to see if problem with sill leveling could be corrected, but no response."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
