They picked up the water heater I purchased from Home Depot, installed it with a drain pan, and hauled away the old one. Brian even checked out my sump pump and advised me that the discharge pipe was obstructed and that I needed to take care of that or risk the pump motor burning out. He literally called me within 3 minutes after I left the request. Getting the part was difficult during the pandemic, but Mr. Lowery managed to locate ONE and pushed to have it delivered ASAP. It was a difficult job as the furnace fan is located in a crawl space and he and his helper had to crawl on their knees to access it through a small opening. He kept me up to date throughout the process and called me afterward to check on my satisfaction.
