They first confirmed that the material they installed matched the existing flooring. Then they leveled each floor before putting down the laminate. I requested sealing the laminate to the baseboards but they said the company policy was to not do this due to movement of the walls and floor. They cleaned up after the job and put back furniture where it went. Overall, I am very satisfied."
