"The Huft technicians knew their stuff. They arrived promptly in the morning, removed the existing units, and installed the new units without a hitch. The systems were up and running by the afternoon, and have served me well over the last three years, working great in both summer and winter. Huft provided free semi-annual maintenance visits for two years. There was a minor problem with the rooftop unit recently, and they repaired it under warranty at no charge. The cost was not cheap, but for me it was worth it to go all-electric."

I was not disappointed. They came out the very next morning (at no charge, free quote….AMAZING!…because that is evidently not common). They examined my water line and were confident they could fix the problem easily enough. They had come in a Friday to diagnose the problem but contacted me on Sunday to set a time to come out the following day and got right to work. The existing pipe line, water spigot and valves needed updating in order to fix the leak. They fixed the issues and replaced the old parts. And they were AFFORDABLE. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were kind, thorough and professional. They were able to diagnose and explain the problem to me and fix it. They were quick to make an appointment and get the job done. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing assistance."

On August 25, 2026, water was leaking from my water heater onto the garage floor. Mr. Parker responded promptly, listened attentively, and showed patience, empathy, and understanding of my concerns. He was courteous, polite, friendly, and maintained a professional, positive attitude throughout the service call. Mr. Parker shut off the power and water, drained the old 75-gallon Bradford White water heater, and installed a new 75-gallon Bradford White Energy Saver water heater. "I also inquired as to several other projects I may or may not have done in the future.  One was the best way to get hot water into the kitchen and guest bath faster as I am having to run the hot water valve a long time to get hot water.  We also looked at my hot water heater to see if it was giving off any unusual amounts of calcium/iron deposits as I have some stains on my sinks that appear to be from that source.  Hot water heater seems ok for now.  Mike also gave me ideas on how to clean the calcium deposits and wax the master bath sink surface to have sink look shiny again. Last resort I could replace sinks. I inquired into having my spa tub motor serviced and Mike made a suggestion as to who could do a good job. There was never any pressure to do any additional work which I very much appreciated.

"Let start by saying WOW!!! Great job 5 Star Plumbing. I needed to replace my 50 gal water heater the other day. I called other company's to get estimates for replacing my water heater. What I thought was going to be an easy job, they gave me a price that was outrageous. It seemed like they didn't want to do the work. So, that's when I called 5 Star Plumbing and not only did the front office tell me they can do it. They came the same day and the price given was much cheaper then the other companies i called. Peter and Oleg came out like promised by the office. I was amazed on how quick and efficient they both where in changing my 50 Gal water heater . "Plumber arrived on time, we went over possible replacement faucets and he went back to shop to get the model I wanted.  He came back within an hour or so and installed the new faucet.  Unfortunately, he didn't have a length of 3/4" hose with which to flush our the hot water line which is partially clogged with rust, etc., so he was unable to perform that part of the requested service and I still have low hot water pressure in the kitchen.
