"Came a day early to get my water repaired great friendly people"

"Eleven years ago, I had a Bradford White electric hot water heater installed for one that was leaking through the bottom. Although I had to replace the elements several times, it never leaked. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing late in the afternoon, and they were here first thing the next morning. They gave me the cost to replace the elements and the cost to install a new Bradford White. This time, it made sense to replace it. They were done by noon with a 3-man team of experts. I checked with three big box stores, and although they were slightly less expensive, it was clear they would give their installers, whom I had no idea of, full responsibility. I decided that long term, it was best to go with a company that would give me long-term support. Thanks again, Ben Franklin team. Darrell"

"Ron and his team did a fantastic job for us! They are now going to be our contractor for all our families plumbing needs in the future. They put the customer first and only repaired what actually needs replaced. They had to jackhammer inside our home and took extra steps to contain the dust and left no debris when the job was finished. Rest assured they are not going to make unnecessary work to have the job cost more. Good, honest, and reliable people in this company!"

"I came across US Water Systems while searching for information about water softeners.  I called them and we were able to get the right unit for my home.  Our Matrix softener was shipped the next day!  Two days later the unit arrived at my home.  Installation was breeze and Aaron in customer service answered all my questions,.
Great company to do business with!

"Tom Sipes came to our house to assess our heating and air conditioning needs.  He recommended the units that would efficiently heat and cool our home and provided a full cost to purchase and install both.  A week later two installers arrived to install both units.  They spent a full day installing and making fully operational.  They worked very unobtrusively and cleaned up their work area when finished.  The only disappointment was the vent coming out of the roof was noticeably crooked and we had to ask them to straighten it.  I would have been more impressed with their attention to detail and customer satisfaction if they had noticed it and fixed it on their own.  However, once we asked to have it adjusted they completed the task without any hesitation.  Overall, I was very pleased with the installers work, as well as the recommendations made by Tom when he suggested the units needed."

"We are first time customers to Mowery. We placed a call for a leaking water heater pipe at 7:30 in the morning and were promptly replied to. They had Jeff down to our house shortly after and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up needing an electrician for the project and Jeff quickly got someone here to fix the electrical problem. He went above and beyond to get the job done. We will definitely be using Mowery moving forward!"

"Our heat pump needed to be replaced and our furnace wasn't as efficient as it could have been so we decided to replace it all. After a consultation Bassett recommended a system for our house that included a furnace and standard air conditioner. We also had zones in our house but because we have an open stairway (in a not that big house) they also recommended doing away with the zones. We went with the recommendation and that first winter (last year) our house was so cold in the winter months. We were told that by letting the fan circulate all the time it would eliminate cold spots. What we didn't realize is that they never inspected or evaluated our current ductwork. It is undulated and as a result the air that circulates is always cold. The upstairs is cold and without a quartz heater in our family room, it too would be cold. We called them back to check and we were told that it seemed to be working fine. Putting a thermometer in the register said that there was heat. Later, in this summer my husband talked to them again anticipating this winter. We were told we might want to go back to having zones. It would only cost us another $1,000 or so to make that change.

As for installation, that was done very professionally and neatly. They were prompt and polite. I would say to do your own research before Bassett ever comes and be prepared to make a decision based on that rather than what they may recommend. If I could figure out how to put that old furnace back in, I sure would. It worked much better for winter heat than this one does."
