"We originally planned to just replace two bathtubs. Phil responded quickly--even tho this was just a small job for them. The price was so reasonable compared to one other quote we received that we decided to also replace the flooring, vanity and wall mirror. We thought we'd need to replace our shower door, too; but Phil was able to fix rather than replace it, saving us considerable money. Phil an Ashley listened to our ideas and offered a few ideas on different approaches, most of which we readily agreed to. "Edwardo and his team were very professional and proficient and their work was very good. And the initial work was completed in 2 days with the exception of the glass being installed on a pony wall. Another exception was the reseal of our master shower (not a part of the tub to shower conversion) that had to be redone due using caulk that was not compatible with marble. Martinez (glass installer) did a nice job installing the glass on the pony wall and also he completed the re-caulk of the master shower. Would highly recommend 5 Star Bath."

"They were great!! Always showed up at the time they said they would. On site a full 8 hours each day and working all that time. Did a very professional job on everything in my master bath they installed premium vinyl laminate; removed my old tub and installed a new tub, fixtures and bugger/better backsplash; repaired my shower door so it closes correctly (we thought weâ d have to replace it but they saved us the $$ on that); removed my old vanity and installed my new one with new fixtures; removed my old giant wall mirror, patched the wall, and put up my new decorator mirrors. In my hall bath they removed and replaced the tub and completely tiled the surrounding area. We could not be happier with their work; and the price was very reasonable compared to the 2 other contractors we interviewed."

"CR Plumbling is the only plumber I will ever use or refer to someone in this area. For the past 3 years, we have been dealing with a shower leak in our guest bathroom. We have had 5 plumbers from two local companies, including two master plumbers, try to assess and resolve the issue to no avail. After many appointments, attempts, invoices, and damage to our home along the way, I had almost thrown in the towel. I gave it one last shot with CR Plumbing, and I'm so thankful I did. I sent an inquiry at 11 pm on a Thursday, and by 8 am Friday morning, I had a phone call to walk through the problem and schedule a service call. Knowing we had been through the ringer, we were scheduled to meet with Clay, the owner, which was comforting to know they took the repair so seriously. He also brought along two additional plumbers to ensure many perspectives were taken to make sure it was fixed right the first time. They were able to identify the problem almost immediately and it didn't require cutting through any walls, ceiling, or tile. They ordered the parts they needed and were back the next day to repair the shower. It was quick, effective, and cost efficient. They also maintained COVID protocols throughout the visit, which put us at ease. I'm happy to say that for the first time in 3 years, we can finally use our shower! Thank you, Clay and Phil! "The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."
