It just rang a bell for me so when I called friday after lunch he (Joel) told me staight up that he was booked on a job in town until mid-week and would not be availible 'til then. I said OK and would call him back. I shut off the water on friday and waited until wednesday. I called back wednesday morning and he said, "Hello George". We worked out a time and his "apprintace" (Daniel) was there right after lunch. A very nice young man. We looked at the situation, I came inside to check the dog then went back outside, Daniel was on the phone with his boss. When he got off he suggested a cheap possible fix. I said let's do it. The pipe was an old one connected to the shed which came down in Katrine, so we cut it off, changed the faucet and that did the trick ! His price was more than reasonable and Joel came by to check it all. Daniel and Joel are great guys and I'd recommend them to anybody ! Can I add a few more stars to this review ?! As promised, he called, said Nick was on his way and would be there in 45 minutes. Actually, he was a bit early.. Handled the small task quickly.. Very polite and thorough. Price was very fair.. Will definitely use them again.."

"We used David in the past for a plumbing job that nobody else would tackle.  David did an excellent job and was very professional, so we decided to call on him again.  David took out the leaking dishwasher unit and showed me where some previous plumbers put in piping incorrectly and that the backflow was probably contributing to the problems with the dishwasher.  Throughout the process I was able to watch and learn some plumbing dos and don'ts and I greatly appreciate it.  We plan on calling on David again because he has experience with older homes in New Orleans and the issues they may bring, while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
