"It went very well. Before my service guy Eric showed up, the company sent me his photo, advised they were following safe Covid practices and gave me an ETA for his arrival. Eric was very professional and he assessed that I needed a new thermocouple. Eric installed the thermocouple and had the furnace running again promptly. He also advised me that Arctic Air had a plumbing division when I was asking about replacing the hot water heater. He took the time to call the office about the cost of replacing my hot water heater and gave me a quote good for 6 months. Eric was very knowledgeable, welcomed my questions and he really impressed me. I had been looking for a trustworthy service and I feel I have found that in Arctic Air. I highly recommend the service."

"Robert Kula came out with helper Jason Valles to remove and replace my water heater. Not only did they arrive on time and clean up after themselves, they took the time to go over the new water heater shut off valve and alarm. They helped me install the app on my phone. They both provided my with excellent service. Not to mention, the price was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them for all my future plumbing needs."

"We were having problems with our business phone system and could not find anyone that would do the work that we needed. I figured it was a long shot but we turned to Angie's List in hopes of finding someone that would be able to help us out. Within 30 minutes I received a phone call from Cory, the owner of Integrated Electric. I explained the problem that we were having and he told me that he actually lived in the area and that he could stop by on his way home to take a look at the problem. He had told me that he was not a tech guy by trade but he would take a look and if it was something that he could fix he would gladly do the work and if not there would be no charge. Needless to say it was more involved than just a simple fix and we wound up having to install a new phone system but Corey went above and beyond to get the job done! He was very professional and the work he performed was A+++ I would definitely recommend Integrated Electric and Corey gained a customer for life!"

"They accidentally overcharged me by a $114, in which I had to call them to get my refund. I felt the price was a little steep being that they did not actually have to repair anything. When they came to my home they found that there was a little piece of plastic stopping the shut off valve (for the toilet) from completely closing. This was a 5 minute diagnosis repair that cost over $240. I do not mean to complain ,but is this the average cost for something like this? The technician himself was extremely professional and pleasant, and the service was great overall."

"The plumber answered my initial call and I was able to describe the problem we were having with the guest room shower fixture that only produced very hot water. I sent him a photo of the fixture. He came the next morning and replaced the cartridge, unclogged the drain in the tub, and fixed the stopper that was not closing properly. All of his services were priced reasonably!"

"Keith came out the same day I called and identified the water leak under our hot water heater. He and his son came out three days later and jackhammered the slab and replaced the broken pipe. They then refilled the hole and laid new cement and replaced the hot water heater. Keith then took the extra trouble to re-route and replace the water supply lines to meet code. Now we have hot water and NO LEAK! Other than a slight change of concrete color you can't tell the repair was ever done. We are extremely pleased with the team Keith and his son and highly recommend Blue Boxer Plumbing!"

"I have a 4 family house in Plainfield NJ.  One of the apartments sprung a leak in the ceiling.  We figured out it was the hot water pipe and had to turn off the hot water to all four apartments Thursday night.  I called Rob Friday morning and he was at the house in an hour!  He quickly checked out the situation and realized what needed to be done to repair the problem.  We discussed the problem and he quoted a reasonable price.  Rob performed the needed repairs on the spot within 2 hours.  I was very happy with the professionalism Rob displayed and would absolutely recommend his company to a friend.
