The toilet had to be pulled, the ring replaced, and everything reset and sealed properly. They also checked the surrounding pipes to make sure there were no other issues. "Connor was excellent!! I’ve used many plumbing companies over the years for these darn cast iron pipes that keep getting clogged. Most of them end up trying to rip me off with high prices and crappy work. Connor was by far the most professional. He snaked my pipes clean. After he was done he showed me the camera inspection he did and actually showed me what was wrong and explained why it happened. In fact he was so good that i finally decided to get them fixed. He cut the crass nice and neat so it could be put back and even put all the dirt onto plastic so it wouldn’t get all over the rest of the grass. I truly can’t recommend him enough."
