"This is a great company. Artie and Nick were right on time, provided high quality work. They were very professional and saved me thousands of dollars! My home warranty company in house plumbers had told me my main line sewer line had to be replaced (to deny a home repair a camera diagnostic). Replacing the main sewer line would have cost somewhere between $6,500 - $10,000. Artie and I met and reviewed my options. He recommended I go ahead and complete a camera diagnostic and simultaneously have anything in the line descaled. Their descaling machine has a camera attached to it. This process cost $750, but was far less expensive and time consuming than replacing a main sewer line. The end result, verified by camera, a clean sewer line! Thank you so very much BFMD for a job well done! Mary Ann"

"AMAZING!! A few people other companies gave me estimates today for $1000 plus for only the two services listed above. Laurel Plumbing was the last estimate of the day. I was planning to send them packing and start over again tomorrow. Then I swear the plumber arrived and I was taken back to Mayberry (in the best possible way!) He told me what needed to be done and gave me a quote of $350. He fixed my first problem, then went back to the shop to get a part and came right back to complete the job. He then found another problem and it really was a problem, not something added on and fixed that too. All for the $600. He didn't bad mouth the builders or any previous plumbers. He was very very old school polite - yes ma'am to everything. I just really liked the way that he made me feel as a customer. That is rare nowadays. You always wonder if service companies are telling the truth. He gave me advice about potential problems down the line and showed me how to care for the current system. I LOVE Laurel Plumbing. I passed their information on to family members and even posted it on social media. Never thought I would really care enough about a plumbing company to write a review, but this was not the average plumbing company. Really felt like small town USA! I had a coupon from Angie's List and I didn't use it because I was that happy with the service. If I had the finances I would have given him a tip. He even showed me pictures of his garden! Just really personable and attentive to customer service!!! I don't want to post the plumbers name, but if Laurel Plumbing reads this find the plumber who went on the service call to Adrian Charley on 6/20/14! He really represented your company well!

"Excellent service. The technician (I am blanking on his name) was very professional. He looked at the issue (clogged drain), gave me a couple of options, we chose one, he proceeded with unclogging the drain and voila, no more issue. Thank you!"

"The response time from the owner to cantact me after my Homeadvisor request was great. The team that came to snake my drain was top notch. My only issue was that they tried to charge me for the video inspection before it was done. I told the owner I wasnt going to pay for it, after some reasoning he saw it my way and I paid for the snake service only. The gentleman that video inspected my pipe was pushy about scheduling a dig. I did NOT like that. He told me my drain was completely backed up like it was never snaked by the crew that came in the morning. It was NOT. He said my drain pipe was probably collapsed. IT WAS NOT. I called and complained to the owner, Franz. He sent the snake crew back out and they spent at least two hours cleaning my drain free of charge and the video inspector came back out and inspected the line again, free of charge. While I was a bit annoyed, the owner made it right. I got my moneys worth. I do however suggest that you question EVERYTHING. Otherwise you may get scheduled for work you do not need."

"Fixed a broken cast iron toilet drain flange. Project was definitely harder than expected, but they got it done. I had to call them back because I thought they messed up on one aspect. However, turned out to be fine and I wasn't charged for asking them to come back out for nothing. Great company and great customer service."

"They did great work. The only thing was they forgot to plug back in my drain box for my AC and it filled up and shut my system down. Not really a complaint just a tip for future customers."

"This company went above and beyond. I noticed damage to the line and after going back and forth with the water company i found this company from Angie's List. From the beginning they were professional and honest. They were extremely patient and worked with me and the repair came at a bad time . They did not raise the price and gave me time to come up with what i needed. They were courteous and communicated through the whole process. I will definitely use them again for future work. The level of care and trust they presented I would allow them to work in my house even if I was not there. Thank You for a job well done"
