"This is a great company. Artie and Nick were right on time, provided high quality work. They were very professional and saved me thousands of dollars! My home warranty company in house plumbers had told me my main line sewer line had to be replaced (to deny a home repair a camera diagnostic). Replacing the main sewer line would have cost somewhere between $6,500 - $10,000. Artie and I met and reviewed my options. He recommended I go ahead and complete a camera diagnostic and simultaneously have anything in the line descaled. Their descaling machine has a camera attached to it. This process cost $750, but was far less expensive and time consuming than replacing a main sewer line. The end result, verified by camera, a clean sewer line! Thank you so very much BFMD for a job well done! Mary Ann"

"Excellent service. The technician (I am blanking on his name) was very professional. He looked at the issue (clogged drain), gave me a couple of options, we chose one, he proceeded with unclogging the drain and voila, no more issue. Thank you!"

"I called Laurel Plumbing the morning after noticing a 3" water spot and buckling of paint in the ceiling of my family room that I thought it was the result of a clogged sink in an upstairs bathroom. The person who answered the phone said that I could be seen in 30 minutes. Although it wasn't an emergency, I appreciated being worked in so quickly. The plumber (Joe T.) arrived within the specified time-frame and I showed him the issue. He inspected the bathrooms on the upper floor and shared a couple of maintenance tips for my shower and the clogged sink to prevent water issues later on. The information was helpful and it showed he knew his craft. None of his suggestions involved calling a plumber, which means he was trying to be helpful and not just looking for more work.
The plumber unclogged the sink, but did not think it was the source of the water spot. He stated that he may have to open up the ceiling to find the source of the spot. Needless to say, I didn't want to do that if it wasn't absolutely necessary. Then he did something unexpected--he asked to go out on my deck to look at the roof. We got a small ladder to assist in seeing the flashing better. He stated that I had a shingle slipping and a little buckling visible and that this was probably the source of my problem. He assisted me up on the ladder so that I could see it for myself. He went on to explain why he thought the source was my roof in terms that I could easily understand and that made sense.
I really appreciate a service person who treats me with respect and assists me in being knowledgeable about my home. As a woman who has had to deal with male service providers on various home maintenance issues, I know this is not my usual experience. I had a $15 off coupon from Angie's List so I paid $100 for the service call. He was at my home for approximately 45 minutes so I call that pretty fair. I will continue to call Laurel Plumbing for future plumbing needs due to their responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge.

"The response time from the owner to cantact me after my Homeadvisor request was great. The team that came to snake my drain was top notch. My only issue was that they tried to charge me for the video inspection before it was done. I told the owner I wasnt going to pay for it, after some reasoning he saw it my way and I paid for the snake service only. The gentleman that video inspected my pipe was pushy about scheduling a dig. I did NOT like that. He told me my drain was completely backed up like it was never snaked by the crew that came in the morning. It was NOT. He said my drain pipe was probably collapsed. IT WAS NOT. I called and complained to the owner, Franz. He sent the snake crew back out and they spent at least two hours cleaning my drain free of charge and the video inspector came back out and inspected the line again, free of charge. While I was a bit annoyed, the owner made it right. I got my moneys worth. I do however suggest that you question EVERYTHING. Otherwise you may get scheduled for work you do not need."

"Fixed a broken cast iron toilet drain flange. Project was definitely harder than expected, but they got it done. I had to call them back because I thought they messed up on one aspect. However, turned out to be fine and I wasn't charged for asking them to come back out for nothing. Great company and great customer service."

"They did great work. The only thing was they forgot to plug back in my drain box for my AC and it filled up and shut my system down. Not really a complaint just a tip for future customers."

"We had been having an ongoing leak coming through our ceiling that noone could seem to fix or truly take the time to locate and fix the problem but when Homeserve finally sent this plumbing company out it was a totally different experience, Connor and the other young man called ahead, arrived promptly and did a thorough job! They found the problem, fixed it, even repaired some unfinished issues the previous plumber left behind and thoroughly cleaned up behind themselves. They were professional and polite and I have nothing but positive to say about this company."
