"Quick service at an affordable price. They came ontime ans replaced my water heater without any problem. Very professional. Would like to have them at the next opportunity."

"Manuel was wonderful! He analyzed the problem and gave me options. He came on Saturday morning to install the new water heater and couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. The ARS secretaries could take a lesson. They somehow got my phone # and house # wrong! It made for some confusions. Luckily I called them when the serviceman didn't come or call on time. We straightened out the phone # and Manuel had to call me to find the house. Tiny errors make a big difference. Overall, the experience was fine because the service man was so kind and helpful. I will try them again, but check and recheck the details."

"Came out same to inspect my water heater and replaced it that day."

"DeShawn did a great job diagnosing my dead water heater (21 years old! Flush your water heater yearly and you too can have this happen!) and making sure I knew my options for replacement. He and Jalen spent the next day throughly taking care of the installation of my new tankless system. Woo!"

"Called them to access my issue. It turned out only needed to replace the toilet tank flapper. The lowest level of service that allowed waiver of $49 visit fee was $207+ tax. Even with 10% senior discount it would be more than me paying the $49 house call fee plus the $98 to replace the just flapper. Technician called manager to get permission to waive $49 but manager declined. I feel manager was being obstinate and less than customer centric especially in light that I have been a customer over 20 years. I will use them again. They should have an ala carte pricing for individual pieces rather than tiered pre-priced service cost that includes service a customer may or may not need."

"THE TWO MEN WHO PUT THE WATER HEATER IN WERE VERY GOOD AND DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP. THEY WERE FAST AND DID NOT TAKE THEIR TIME THEY WERE ALWAYS DOING SOMETHING, NOT STANDING AROUND."

"I call Hater Heater Express based on previous reviews. Jeremy Williams took my call and after I explained that I needed to replace my 18 year old water heater, he asked what time of the day would be best to come out and take care of my replacement. He explained that he liked to provide same day service and any hours I would be available would work for him. We agreed to meet at my house at 3:30pm and he estimated that the time to replace my water heater with a new one would take about an hour. He also provided an all-inclusive price to remove and haul away the old water heater, install a new unit. In short, Jeremy arrived on time, completed the install in under an hour and charged my as per his original quote. I highly recommend Water Heater Express of Lafayette."

"The technician Ben was courteous and prompt, and quickly completed the annual maintenance on my heat pump system. He was thorough and professional, pointing out potential issues to keep an eye on. I've always appreciated the terrific service from Star and will always use them for my heating and cooling needs."

"I think it was fine. Actually, my wife coordinated that one but I don't think we have any problems with it. I'm not sure if we paid extra charge aside from the deal because  I wasn't at home when the guy came out to do the job. We've used them before and they are the one who installed the water system in our house. I don't think they standout exemplary or horribly bad but the service that they have provided to us was what we expected."

"Service technician that arrived was completely professional. They repaired our issue same day and the price was more than fair."
