He gave us an estimate over the phone after we sent him pictures. He showed up at the time he indicated, performed the work quickly and even gave us pointers on how to fix our sometimes-leaky dishwasher airgap. "When our heat pump went out I did, like the majority of owners would do to secure HVAC bids is google the local listings. I did and one of the bids secured came from Hansman Heating and Cooling. During the process of securing bids the owner came in not as the lowest but one that was associated with the Ameren rebate program. As a result with the rebate, the effective cost was lower than the other bidders plus the company was recommended by Ameren. In an area of unpredictable labor service and summer time weather(it seems that everyone needs cooling service), I was very pleased with his professionalism in his work ethic and by showing up as slated. I was impressed that they took time to explain everything, the quality of workmanship and the way they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone in the lake area."

He brought all samples to our home to make choices. He was patient, knowledgeable, and overall, very pleasant to work with. Ben and Kellan performed the work on the project. They were very professional, and extremely hard working! They literally took lunch breaks and other than that worked the entire day without breaking. They were quiet as can be, they didn't have any music playing or even receive private phone calls. They cleaned up after themselves each evening before they left.
