"Josh came out and looked at my shower issue. He spent almost an hour working to correct the issue but nothing he attempted worked and he admitted defeat. He did not charge me despite the time spent. About 5 minutes after leaving he called back telling me he'd done some research and would it be okay if he took another look. After returning and spending another 15 minutes, sure enough the problem was solved. I appreciate his determination and customer service. And yes, I did pay for his service for a completed job."

"He was very knowledgeable about my situation. He knew over the phone exactly what I was talking about, was able to provide me with a very reasonable price, and even had the part I needed on his van when he arrived. Furthermore< he came out in less then one hour, and diagnosed and finished the job promptly. I will definitely use him again as well as recommend him to anyone needing a plumber !"
