"I had never used this company before, soI was a little apprehensive. I met with Oscar at the house and we went over all our needs. Oscar was very professional and helped walk me through the process. Later we met at their store in Gaithersburg and again Oscar was awesome in the assistance he gave in picking out just the right materials for our dream bathroom. The work began on the date as agreed. The staff was there on time , covering all the walkways and bedroom furniture to prevent dust and dirt. Again, this was completed very professionally. The men worked all day for several days and if a question arose, they would consult with me about how to proceed, keeping me in the loop. The job went smoothly and was completed in a very short time. "Converted tub to shower, 1 day installation! Professional from start to finish, it was very smooth working with them. I appreciated how thorough and transparent they were in regards to pricing and timeline of the whole project. Not the cheapest of the contractors I got quotes from but their labor and materials came with warranty and 1 day installation was worth the cost. "I needed them to substantially finish both rooms within 3 weeks (my husband and I were going out of town.) When I told them I accepted their bid on a Friday, they wanted to start the following Monday! The previous time I had hired them, there was a 3 month wait. I provided all the finished products: tub, toilet, sink vanity and top, tile, faucets, mirrors, medicine cabinets, and light fixtures. They finished both bathrooms in 2 weeks! Everything was installed beautifully. They cut holes in the ceilings below to look for any water leakage from the tub plumbing, and repaired and painted the drywall (they had cut) perfectly. They laid down mats up the stairs and in the hallway where they walked. They cleaned up every day after work was done. All workers were in good spirits, all the time. I would definitely hire again!"
