Get matched with top water heater installers and replacers in Maple Park, IL

"I was out of the country for a few weeks and came home to a heavily leaking water heater. Went to the box store first and trusted my instinct to not have them 'send a guy'. i wanted a real licensed plumber to review this and am really glad I did. Mike came out the next day and had my new water heater installed before noon, plus answered my questions on several other projects. I highly recommend this company."

"Professional and did a great job replacing out water heater"

"We had our water softener replaced and it went so smoothly. David and his son did great work and were very flexible with our schedule!"

"I don't know if our job was easier, or harder than other garage heaters that this crew (company) installed. What I do know is that the job was well thought out and done on time and on the cost quoted. My guess is that the two installers spent more time here due to the scope of the job than the sales person estimated. They kept me in the loop when it came to where they were going to run gas and electrical lines and where they were going to put the heater. Used tarps to cover those areas in our house so there wasn't any cleanliness issues there. After they were done, they made certain that all of the garage was spotless. Highest praise."

"Went great! They didn't charge us at all since all they had to do was tighten a bolt at the base of the toilet. Tenant contacted us saying that there was water leaking out of the base of the toilet, Aqua Doctors got out there the same day we called, determined it was just a loose bolt and not a wax ring issue, and tightened the bolt at no charge! Will definitely hire again."

"DRF installed our water heater through Sears. The only problem we had was Sears prices for the additional work needed to install the water heater were too high."

"Pat was wonderful. Very attentive and professional. Our water heater replacement was a huge challenge. It was located in a tight closet under a staircase and several gas lines had to be removed just to get it out. He then had to cut one of the top supply lines because the nut had seized up. Once he got it out and the new one was placed in, we realized the diameter was slightly larger then the old one was. After some maneuvering, it fit perfectly. One of the top supply lines had to be reconfigured, and another challenge was that it was hard to melt the soder to join the pipe together because of the difficulty to see, but Pat nailed it. No leaks! Great job! Highly recommended!"

"Victor installed a 40 gallon gas water heater. Victor gave me options during the estimate. Victor installed the gas water heater the same day. Victor was very professional during the whole process. I will probably hire Perma-seal again If all employees at Perma-seal are like Victor."

"I had a great experience with Eric, the owner of this company. He showed up on time. He was knowledgable and didn't fix anything unless it required to be fixed. I had quite a bit of plumbing needs in my basement. I needed a new water heater, toilet, and sump pump. I was planning on removing the old water softener, but he managed to get it up and running. He installed new valves to replace the awful saddle valves that were there from previous owners. I knew from previous experience, that saddle valves would end up leaking if they were not taken care of. He was also REASONABLY priced. He wasn't scary high or oddly low. As a single mother, I felt safe in his presence and did not feel taken advantage of regarding the work involved. Eventually I will need to replace the water shut off valve and put in a new bathroom vanity. I will definitely hire him again! I'm so relieved to find a knowledgable plumber that does not take advantage of unknowledgeable people and who charge a reasonable and fair rate. Thank you Eric for the amazing work you have completed for me! I will be calling you soon!"

"They started at 7:00 AM as planned were on time. The workers were very professional. They completed the installation by 6:00 PM at night. Installer said he smelled some, gas,by the water heater and replace the gas piping. Workers were very professional. Installed equipment looked awesome. They neatly routed the new suction and discharge piping as well as the pvc exhaust. They also redid the water heater piping and removed the old furnace vent piping. They, have a great warrantry compared to the other vendors who quoted. They, replaced the inlet duct assembly. Great job TDH. The equipment replaced a furnace and air conditioner that was 32 years old. They cleaned up and used temporary covers on the floor so as not to get it dirty. Hauled away old equipment. I highly recommend them if you are installing new/replacement HVAC. Brian who came over to quote the job and recommend the equipment was very good. I also liked that he still dos service calls. I thought overall it was a very good vale and am so glad I didn't wait until my HVAC to breakdown on a hot day or cold day as it was so old and not sounding good.
