"Due in the morning, I got a call at 12.40 saying they'd be here in an hour. He arrived at 2. Once here, he was professional, friendly and helpful. He repaired our toilet but said that in the long-term - maybe a year or two - we'd have to replace it and gave me all the details of options. A few weeks before Christmas, the last thing I want to be doing is shelling out just short of a grand. And he said it wasn't needed. "The install could not have gone better. The technician was at my home at exactly the time given. My water heater is in a carpeted hall way and the technician was careful and considerate to ensure that carpet was not damaged. The installation took about 2 hours and when done, I would never have known the technician was in the home except that I now had hot water."
