Naz got the new lines in to our water heater and furnace right after the gas company sleeved the existing line and returned our service. He came back the following week to finish running the remaining lines for the gas dryer and stove."

"Due in the morning, I got a call at 12.40 saying they'd be here in an hour. He arrived at 2. Once here, he was professional, friendly and helpful. He repaired our toilet but said that in the long-term - maybe a year or two - we'd have to replace it and gave me all the details of options. A few weeks before Christmas, the last thing I want to be doing is shelling out just short of a grand. And he said it wasn't needed.
