"A+ WORK!!!  I called several handymen to determine if someone could replace woodwork that was removed from my kitchen garden window.  Many of the handymen advised me that they did not have the carpentry skill to perform the job.  Sergiy called back timely and made a fairly quick appointment with me to assess the work I needed done.  Sergiy arrived on time and thoroughly assessed the job.  I liked that he wasn't rushing through the details of the work needed.  He explained what he could do to the remediate the damage done to the window (inside and out).  After meeting with Sergiy, I felt comfortable that he was more than qualified to do the job.  When he gave me the estimate for the job, I was pleased and decided to hire him.  

Sergiy scheduled the job about 2 weeks out from the initial appointment.  He and his associate arrived on time again.  They protected the area with dropclothes to ensure that debris would not damage the area.  The job took about 5 or so hours to complete.  When I had my final look, I was extremely pleased!  Sergiy's carpentry skills were very impressive.  Following completion of the job, Sergiy explained what he did to the inside the window; he took me outside to review that work; and lastly he reviewed the entire Home Depot receipt which itemized the materials purchased for the job (and included in the overall price).  [The only surprise that I had was that I had to spackle the finished window as this was not included in the job price.]

"My home AC stopped working Monday night, 7/15/2019. I reported the problem to CHW on 7/16/2019. CHW responded via e-mail informing me that technician (STAY COOL w/ROB) was assigned and will respond on Wednesday, 7/17/2019. Technician came on Wednesday and discovered my home AC unit needed a fan blower motor. I called the technician's office Thursday, 7/18/2019 to track progress, and was told that tech was waiting for authorization from CHW to purchase repair part. I called CHW and was told that tech was given authorization to do repair. I call tech office again and was told authorization was just received from CHW, and that part was ordered and they would try to do repair on Friday, 7/19/2019. There was no response from tech on Friday morning, so I called tech office Friday afternoon. I was told that part was ordered and they would try and get the repair done on Saturday, 7/20/2019, between the hours or 11am and 1pm. My response to all of this is: I live in NC and it's very hot. It's been 95 to 98 every day. My air has been out all week. The response time for repair is unacceptable, and I'm very disappointed. Luke Hicks Jr, SFC, US Army Retired."

"My rear facade wall was falling apart, there was apparent deterioration, cracks falling apart. I was recommended to High Tech by our community board. Scaffold was used for this project. They chipped out the 4-story facade and applied wire-mash. First coat of cement was for curing and the second coat was  the finishing coat. The finishing coat was very finely re-finished. The back-wall was waterproofed with thoro-coat.  My roof was leaking as well at multiple places, bubbles had been formed with water seeping in, leaving into my kitchen. The weather was very rainy and stormy at that time and thanks to High Tech they repaired my roof by placing a new layer roof on top of the existing roof and stopped the leak. High Tech remains as one of the top recommended company in our community board."
