"Neo was excellent! My water heater went and a new one was installed by Neo and his team the next day. They were very professional, communicated instantly, and did a fantastic job. Will definitely use S.S Piping n Heat for all of my future plumbing and heating needs. Would recommend this company to anyone!"

"I called Ryan for my water heater leaking. He came within the same day, ready to go and replaced it quickly. He provided a great service and affordable price. Highly recommend him for any plumbing needs."

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Colon Plumbing was very responsive and reasonably priced. Provided next day service for water heater replacement. I will definitely refer them to everyone I know."

"Fantastic and timely service from good people. Pricing was reasonable, which was not true for many of the other quotes I received. If requiring professional help with plumbing can ever be a good-thing, it will be with these guys."

"Very well. The humidifier needed some parts which he replaced and he fixed a small leak and drained my hot water tank."

"The guys Joe And Ben came out, very efficient. Priced as I expected for today’s economy! My toilet is working fine so far. *Replaced flow valve and wax ring."

"My water heater died (leaked) late Wednesday nite. Thursday I called numerous plumbers-left messages, Burke's called back and by Friday afternoon I had a new water heater installed. I am in a mobile home and some plumbers said they don't service mobile homes."

"Marcin and team did a great job redoing the plumbing in my entire house. We also discovered cracks in our waste line and he replaced all of the original cast iron lines in the basement and coordinated with the contractor who replaced our exterior water and sewer lines unexpectedly. He was quick to respond to questions and requests, very reliable, and did a great job plumbing 2.5 bathrooms, laundry, and kitchen."
