"recently had our water heater replaced and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. They explained everything clearly, cleaned up after the job, and made the whole process stress-free. The new water heater works perfectly, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. "I found out our water heater burst around 6pm, and by 10pm that same night they had a new heater in. Huge help to me and my family, and the Boss crew was very helpful, communicative, and thorough. Definitely would recommend, especially in an emergency."

"They refused to give pricing over the phone but I figured it couldn?t be too bad. Wrong - $275 to replace a $10 flapper. Nice people otherwise."

"The service went well. The guy was very honest and professional. I will definitely go with them again. Unlike other companies that would rip you off."

"He came and replaced a part that did not fix it. Took part with him. He came back and charged me another almost $300 for a new sump pump which I should have gotten the first time he came. I feel I paid twice. Too much money."

"We got home from an 8-day vacation to find the sewer line in our house backed up, so we were unable to use any water.  We contacted the plumber at 4:30 in the afternoon and they were at our home within the hour. They worked that evening and all the next day to locate the problem (a frozen section of pipe), thaw the pipe and replace a section.  The work involved digging up the sewer line outside the house.  Throughout the work, the plumbing crew were courteous, friendly and professional.  This was a tense situation for us, but they put us at ease by patiently explaining what was going on through every step of the work.  They did an outstanding job at a reasonable price.

"Great job from start to finish. Everyone was professional yet friendly and I appreciated the attention to all details including encouraging any questions I had. Very pleased with the new furnace, the installation and the price."

"Replaced a leaky gasket in furnace, and performed routine maintenance and service. The techs were knowledgeable and explained the work they were doing, and the reason for the recommended repairs. The techs arrived within the service time window estimate, and gave a "heads up" call about 20 minutes before arrival. They also provide a picture of the tech prior to the appointment time. They put booties over their shoes upon entering your house and leave the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Everyone at Grasshopper, from the office people to the techs, was friendly and professional. They made you feel like they actually cared about customer satisfaction. I did feel that the repair cost, relative to the amount of time spent, was on the high side, although I really have no reference to compare to. I would definitely use them again, and recommend that you consider calling them for service and/or repair."

"Very well. Good suggestions, hints on daily care, time spent checking repairing. Communicated very well. Polite. I did not want to answer question regarding money paid or were services performed. This question is not clear. Of course, service was preformed. Money paid was relative to parts and/or labor. So this items needs to be divided out."
