"They were on time, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and cleaned up after job was done. They will be our professional plumbers when ever we need plumbing service. They came on date scheduled and finished that day. Thank you so much"

"Chris was quick to respond, very reasonably priced, efficient, and worked late to get the job done. Was impressed that he showed up and returned when he said he would and went out of his way to make things work. Itâ s refreshing to find someone who is not just capable, but fair, honest and reliable, as well. I would highly recommend Right Choice Plumbing without any reservations and will use them again for any plumbing or HVAC needs."

"I called Water Heaters Only out of desperation on Sunday...Seth @ toll free # was fully aware of our tenants being without hot water for 2 days and was able to get a technician out on Monday morning. Monday @ 5 pm, hot water was up and running. David, the technician knew what had to be done to get the heater up and running. The next day, we did have a hiccup with a part but David came out immediately and tweaked the part -- all is good. Here is what I like -- 1. no sales pitch. 2. David gave me a plan b for possible additional work. 3. this company is available 365 days and you dont have to wait for parts to be delivered from out of state. 4. Water Heaters Only has their own facility for parts."

"Let me start by saying that we have a home warranty service. We noticed water leaking from under our furnace and didn't like the company our warranty service selected. (We suffered in 90° weather for several days.) We decided to look at Angie's List & Yelp for another company. We found rave reviews for RKM. The person who answered the phone was friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. It was refreshing. We were going to pay their service fee to have their technician come out & diagnose our problem. Ron was the technician who came to our house. He was personable, very knowledgeable, & did a great job explaining each step he took. He mentioned the Comfort Care maintenance program & explained how it worked. We purchased this service, which covered the work that he did, plus maintenance on our HVAC system for one year. He took lots of pictures of the work he did on our unit (which he included in his report). He checked our A/C compressor & cleaned it thoroughly. Ron taught us a lot about our HVAC system. The professionalism, knowledge, & experience of RKM was head over heels above that of other companies we've used in the past. We would definitely recommend RKM!"

"The whole process was very smooth. They came out and spent a couple of hours assessing the problems...turns out we had several. The water heater burner had failed and was under warranty. But they also discovered our pressure regulator had failed, our gate valve was frozen, and we had a pipe leaking in the wall! They found the necessary part for the warranty repair and drove 50 miles each way to get it rather than make us wait 1-2 days for for the part to be shipped. They stayed until all the problems were resolved which was greatly appreciated! (My wife and three daughters were not relishing cold showers!)"

"Excellent Service from planning through Execution and installation to final fine tuning. The folks communicated well and explained every detail of the step. Got permit and inspection done. It was seamless. Thanks. R."

"I recently had a kitchen drain snaked by Top Contender drain specialist Inc. They did a great job. I've hired them numerous times over the years because I own an apartment building, they've done all kinds of work for me. They've done everything from jackhammering the cement to get out a bad pipe, to climbing on the roof to access the vent pipe, all types of repairs, they have consistently been excellent. When they work in apartments that are occupied by tenants I always get a happy response from the tenants because everything gets fixed right and they clean up their work after they're done. I've even hired them to work on my home and my parents home. I have no hesitation in recommending them, recently they showed up on a holiday weekend with a smile and took care of my clogged drain that was affecting three different apartments. Because they were willing to show up at a difficult time it made the weekend nice for everybody and I appreciate that."

"The service was good. They know what they are doing and they were organized."

"I called and setup an appointment for the afternoon.  The dispatcher called back in an hour saying the plumber was free earlier and came immediately.  He was there within an hour and gave me an estimate for the replacement and upgrade that I wanted.  I agreed to the price and within 3 hours I had a new water heater.  I can?t imagine where they could have done any better.

"I paid additional, because they installed water pressure regulator."
