"Our plumbing job was completed in two days with a high degree of professionalism and skill. Mr. Steward is a master plumber who diagnosed our problems and knew exactly what to do to solve them. Wee will use him again for our plumbing repairs."

"PT Mechanical answered call in no time. Part went bad in furnace in the extreme cold weather. Came right over and had part sent overnight. Came the next morning and had heater running. Great experience. Will be calling again."

"Very effective in finding what the problem was and repaired in excellent time."

"My experience with this company and the water solutions that they provided was phenomenal. Even though our home was quite a ways away from their normal service area, they were still able to send a team member, Zoe, out the next day to do a test of our well water. Zoe went through all of the different tests and thoroughly explained the results every step of the way. The next day they were able to send out a team to install the recommended water softening and filtration solutions. The guys that came out to do this work were quick, clean, and able to answer any of our questions. We could feel and taste the difference in our water immediately. We don't have to use as much soap for the dishes or for the shower as we used to thanks to all the hardness being filtered out. Our hair and skin feels much cleaner after a shower. The water not only tastes better, but we feel more at ease drinking it. My morning coffee tastes so much better and is much stronger than before (so now I can use less coffee). Ultimately, I highly recommend this company if you want to have a test done of your water quality are considering a water filtration system."

"I've known Bob Walter, our plumber ever since we bought our summer home in the Pocono mountains, PA, 15 years ago.  We keep using him, because he has always been reliable and efficiently corrects whatever problem we have. Normally, we ask him to help when we close up our Pocono home at the end of December and he evacuates the water from all pipes so we can turn off the heat without experiencing water freezing problems (This past year, neighbors tell us the temperature stayed in single digits for almost two weeks straight)  In the summer, when we escape Florida's heat, he comes over to reconnect the fittings and makes sure everything works right.
Through the years, he has performed many small repairs as well, as today, when he diagnosed a problem with our garage hose bib, and replaced a broken shutoff valve.

"I?ve had them since I moved in here for my air conditioning and heating system. I?ve been here for 2 ? years. The only problem was them diagnosing the exact problem, it took them 4 or 5 times that they came out before they figured out what was wrong. I have a contract with them, so it basically didn?t cost me anything even if they came 10 times. They came right away and they were concerned about trying to figure out what was wrong. It was an intermittent problem, so that was the reason they couldn?t figure it out completely. With the service contract, it didn?t really cost me anything more."

"The job was delayed by due to abnormally cold weather, however once the work was started it was completed in a professional and timely manner. For example: the unit was being installed in a garage/workshop. When asked my opinion on some duct work that had been installed, I replied that it looked real good and added why be so picky since it was in a garage. The answer was that the job would be done right and they took pride in their work. Excellent answer! I was extremely impressed with the clean up on completion. I would highly recommend Keith to anyone considering HVAC work and are looking for a professional that takes pride in his work."

"They were excellent and they share a great detail. They make sure that we have a right system. The gentleman came by when we were shopping and he's did a thorough job matching the units. The installation people were wonderful that they did what they said they're going to do and they offered us the ability to return the whole system. The price was pretty much in line and the service was reasonable. We were very pleased with heating and air."

"Had a catastrophic water heater failure. Spoke to John on Labor Day. He grabbed parts the same day and made his way out to me the next morning to replace the tank and restore hot water in the house. He got the job done quick and without issue. 5/5 would recommend."
