"Our water heater burst over the weekend. We were desperate to get it replaced first thing Monday. Joe returned our call immediately, gave us a more than reasonable quote, was here close to noon, installed new equipment..voila HOT WATER again! Really efficient, nice guy, great job!! I highly recommend him!"

"He was very observant of all the permissions needed for a gas water heater. I definitely would recommend them to anybody easy to talk to and great work."

"Excellent communication from Keith; outstanding service from Roger. Professional, timely, and reasonably priced. They came in under estimate on my boiler repair and advised that a second bit of work that had previously been discussed was not going to be necessary. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!"

"I asked for a rep to come to give quotes for repair or replacement of my gas boiler. Before he came the old boiler failed, and Heritage was able to quickly install a new one so that we without heat and hot water for only a short time."

"I couldn't recommend Brad more. He is very professional and courteous and does fair and honest work. After being without hot water for nearly 2 weeks and getting nothing but ridiculously overpriced quotes from all of the major local companies, when they bothered to return our calls, we were beyond frustrated. Thank goodness for Brad. He offered a reasonable quote and completed the work in a very timely fashion. He was reliable and personable and also returns phone calls quickly. Brad went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable. My family appreciated his work and we would absolutely call him again without a doubt. Our sincerest thanks to you Brad!"

"Responded quickly.  Provided estimated time of arrival and arrived on time.
Job finished in a few hours.  New unit installed; old unit trucked away.  Worked efficiently; clean and professional.
Called seven plumbers (trying to find one on the weekend without adding $200 to $300 for emergency call"); most were competitively priced range from $850 to $1100; one or two $1400 to  $1500.  Be sure to request info on the brand/size and warranty of the hot water heater.
Happy with service and happy to recommend.  will use again

"Walley's called me back within an hour of placing the request for a quote. It turned out they had someone finishing a job in my neighborhood and was willing to come by and take a look at the situation. Bryan, the technician, was very professional, courteous, and friendly. It was late afternoon when he came by, and he gave the office the information for a quote, and agreed to stay that evening until the job was done. He arranged for another technician to bring a replacement water heater over so he could continue the prep work while waiting for the new heater. There was no wasted time on the job - Bryan stayed at it until about 9:00 pm when he finished explaining to me how to adjust the water temperature after it heated up. He did beautiful work and cleaned up afterward even though I told him I would take care of it. I would absolutely hire Walley's again for plumbing, heating or air conditioning work!"
