"After requesting info from Howell's Appliance Repair one evening, we got a phone call almost immediately. We were able to schedule a consultation for later that week. Come install day, we had a pretty big install in our basement. The team from Howell's showed up on time and installed some new gas pipe/extended an existing end of one in our basement and routed it toward the street to finally give us a working gas dryer. Even though the service was mainly for the gas line work, they were generous in their time and hooked up all the water plugs to the washer as well to make sure we had working facilities when they left. "It was an easy fix. Provider came out at 7PM on a Friday night. It was a simple matter of adjusting the gas valve on the water tank, with instruction to put vents on the closet doors where the unit was housed. Although I questioned the service tech about a new water  heater, he assured me it was not necessary.  I know of other companies who would have jumped on that opportunity to make an unnecessary sale, so I can't say enough how much I appreciated the honesty!
