Only regret is not having room in the budget for an outdoor kitchen. Tip: If there is bad weather a day or two prior to your start date, reach out to Roy to see if the ETA is the same. Bad weather could extend the previous job's time, which could extend your start date. Otherwise a thumbs up choice"

"From the moment he came to give us an estimate, Craig and Creative Images were everything we could have hoped for. We'd bought our house in the winter, so we were unaware that the property did not drain properly. It became an immediate issue the following summer with standing water at various spots throughout the yard, so we knew it was going to be an unforeseen project. But, more specifically, we knew it was a project we could not afford to get wrong. We received other estimates that were temporary fixes to the problem that were portrayed as "all we needed." When Craig arrived, his idea was completely different and much more comprehensive. What others had said was fixable with simply regrading the property, Craig quickly identified as a much more complex problem. He showed us that a drainage system was the only solution because the type of soil in our yard (clay), and that, in addition to raising and regrading the property, this would alleviate the problem. We decided if we were going to fix it, we would make sure we fixed it correctly, and banked on Craig's expertise - even though it was more money. The yard has turned out to be perfect. It's a completely new space, a total 180 from what it was just four months ago. Our dog and the rest of the family can actually use the space now, and while it was expensive, it was money well spent. While his knowledge and ideas were obviously fantastic, the thing that really set Craig and his company apart was their professionalism and how they conducted themselves throughout all phases of the job. Every single member of the team that worked on our job over a two-day period was personable, pleasant and professional from the minute they stepped foot on the property. I asked several different members of the team questions over the course of the two days, and each one knew the answer without having to ask anyone else. Also, we have a six-month-old daughter, and they made it a point to wave and smile at her while she watched from the window. They left our property spotless when they were finished, and even came back after the first rain storm to make sure everything was working properly. I could not possibly give Craig and Creative Images a higher recommendation. "Brian, Manny and team came to work for us in the wake of Hurricane Sandy,  which destroyed our back elevated patio.  We had a difficult and complex job as the patio was built over tree roots and rock. It was a large excavation job,  as well as a complicated restructuring of the patio,  having to extend the elevated sections past extruding rock that was supporting the house which was buried under the old patio.  In addition to doing a magnificent and meticulous job filling,  leveling,  and layering materials to ensure this patio,  which is elevated 6' above grade,  was stable and could support a truck (they drove their truck on it routonely),  they also rebuilt our walkway to the front yard and worked with my wife to design a grand staircase to the backyard. They handles drainage,  pipeing for gas and electric,  and also designed the surrounding landscape so the job was complete when done vs having to call others to finish it off.  For good measure,  we had some old sinking damage to our patio around our pool (located nowhere near the work being done) and Brian and team pulled up and repaired that for us as part of the job.  These guys are first rate and I would highly recommend them."
