"I had a leaky bathtub faucet because the hot water stem was shot. One area plumber took one look at it, said he had no idea, took pictures of it and said somebody would contact us. Still waiting on that call. Tried a second Westerville plumber. Kind of the same deal. Said they don’t make those things any more, parts are rare and suggested for $750 that we replace the whole deal with an all in one hot and cold shower knob. Called Jack Woods. They were busy and could not come for 8 days which wasn’t ideal. Long story short, my man Dave knew exactly the brand and type of part it needed, drove down the street to Roush Hardware to pick one up (yeah it was so rare lol) and inside an hour had it fixed, saving me more than $500 in the process. I’m done with the others. I found my plumber from here on out. Thanks Jack Woods Plumbing. You thoroughly embarrassed the other Westerville “plumbers.”"

"They found a replacement part very quickly. The main faucet in the bathroom is leaking so they fix it. They fix another valve wich is leaking a bit. The price is reasonable. The handyman is very competent. Over all I'm very satisfied."

"This is the second time I’ve had them out. The first time, I had a water line leak spraying a fine mist all over the furnace room. The response to that on a weekend, was phenomenal!! This time, I needed a new hot water tank and a new kitchen faucet installed. They are punctual, friendly, and clean up after they are done. "Craig Desrosiers with Safe Electric did fantastic work for me right before Christmas. I liked how he arrived on the dot on time. I was so pleased with his work in fact, that I hired Craig a second time today, 12/27 for an additional several hours to install more Lutron Caseta radio dimmer switches for our home and landscape lighting control, which I love. He also installed new duplex outlets that were expertly cut and fished with no holes for me to patch and paint -what a relief and huge convenience to me. This was a very challenging job, especially since they were undoing improperly completed work previously done by a less experienced and unreliable electrician that I foolishly hired as side work (don't ever do that like I did a month ago, because you do NOT get what you think you paid for). Spend the money, hire a recommended licensed, experienced, and honest electrician. He tirelessly trouble shot and traced extensive track lighting fixtures throughout our mid century modern home. It helped to have all items purchased and ready for him to install. The few things I didn't have, he easily had ready to install from his work van. He was definitely prepared. Craig didn't cut any corners, he charged me a fair hourly rate, and most important: everything was done this time perfectly and safely. I feel strongly that when resale time should ever come around in the future years from now, I won't have any further issues or questions from a buyer's pesky home inspector, thanks to his job done right. 'Wish I'd called him first! I now have his cell number saved in my phone, and will gladly pass it on to anyone who asks me in passing if I know of a good electrician I can recommend. Call Craig first! He's the Lutron master pro, and he's been a licensed electrician for over 30 years...and his experience and professionalism shines bright and safe in my home, that's for sure."

"James was great! I would hire them again. He replaced all four outdoor lights as well as shifted a wall thermostat so it wasn’t in the middle of our wall. He spent the extra time needed to get the thermostat done as well as run two separate times to Home Depot to get the equipment he needed. And the price they set was the price I paid as they didn’t charge me additional for the extra time. Thank You! (LOL - water heater wasn’t done, it was the only choice)"

"Had a gas leak and gas had been shut off for 2 days. They were able to come the day I called. He fixed the leak and when doing pressure check found a second leak which he fixed. When we entered the basement we discivered my water heater was also leaking water so ge fixed that too. He was here all afternoon. Thank you Angel!"
