David spent a great deal of time making sure the old tank was removed carefully even though it was difficult to drain the water because of the large amount of sediment build up. He worked very methodically and made sure the new heater was installed and working properly. Also did a very good job of cleaning up."

"I had a great experience with Premier HVAC replacing my old and leaking water heater. I was impressed that they were able to respond quickly and start working on the same day as my call, especially given the severely cold weather and other plumbers being busy replacing freezing pipes. The plumber was able to work with my very tight kitchen space and narrow hallways, and without having to remove the countertop in my kitchen. "We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! We highly recommend Advanced Professional."

"Most of the work was performed by Joe's employee who was very courteous and very competent. He completely replaced out inner pipe stem and faucet system in bathroom shower, including cutting through sheet rock etc. The existing system was damaged and not repairable. The work was very clean. Joe specifically replaced hot and cold spigots in the basement connected to washing machine, work being also very competent and clean. Both men provided explanations and guidance that was greatly appreciated. Joe replaced hoses to washing machine and cleaned all water ports giving advise about maintenance. I would recommend this company. Pricing was fair for the time expended. I provided the hardware set and pipe stem for the bathroom."
