Get matched with top water heater repair or service pros in Newcastle, CA

"Doug examined the water heater. Described the issue clearly. Recommended a replacement since a repair was next to impossible (leaking from bottom of water heater). Estimate given (if a replacement was needed, prior to work being done) was for all work and parts so nothing else was added on. Work was done in a few hours on the day of the call. Just great! Personable and friendly to interact with. Definitely would hire again if needed."

"pilot was out... never received phone call by Huft. We're out of state landlords. Neither tenant or Huft let us know it was repaired."

"Very friendly and responsive. Quick work done in a professional manner. The Water Heater Guyz were the only pros who included permitting as part of their service, which was the initial selling point for me."

"I appreciated their fast, same-day A/C repair service. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. After such a positive experience, we hired them again for a water heater installation?both jobs were done perfectly and at a fair price."

"Longo plumbing gets a five rating. Came out for an estimate, explained exactly the time/cost and options. We arraigned a repair time. Patrick arrived on time, completed the install on time and for the agreed price. No issues at all. Will use Longo plumbing in the future and tell my neighbors to call them."

"Pleasant / polite young men. Explained what was needed to repair the leak. My only complaint is that they had to back to the shop for a specific tool or part."

"August 25, 2026 Rated 5/5, I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service provided by Horacio Parker, a plumber with Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbing. On August 25, 2026, water was leaking from my water heater onto the garage floor. Mr. Parker responded promptly, listened attentively, and showed patience, empathy, and understanding of my concerns. He was courteous, polite, friendly, and maintained a professional, positive attitude throughout the service call. Mr. Parker shut off the power and water, drained the old 75-gallon Bradford White water heater, and installed a new 75-gallon Bradford White Energy Saver water heater. He communicated clearly and showed me how to shut off the water to the house and turn off the water heater to help prevent future flooding. Mr. Parker is an asset to Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbing, and any company he provides service to Lovevasia Bey"
