He did a fine job He replaced a few feet of plastic water lines with copper pipe and secured it to a piece of wood to hold it tight I had noticed when the washer filled with water the plastic water tubing would jump around. This secured it ! He put in a new faucet. It looks very nice. He got it all done in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and explained what needed to be done and we agreed. He had to come up with a way to have the water heater raised as it sits on a drain pad and the flat surface of the heater bottom would have closed off the drain. The old heater has legs. He used PVC pipe pieces to elevate this new heater. He replaced the gas shutoff valve and the water shutoff valve. The old ones were over 36 years old."

"The plumber was on time for this job and explained what needed to be done. He gave me several options about dealing with the leaky valve because he was able to tighten it so it wouldn't leak; however it was old and would likely need to be replaced sooner rather than later. The whole thing took about 45 minutes. I have also used these plumbers for a new water heater, replacing a toilet, and twice for repairs of leaking situations."

"The installation went great. It took Vincent about 1 hour and everything went fine. He also installed the soap dispenser that came with the new faucet. He offered to toss the old faucet and the packaging but I wanted to go through it all first. The kitchen was left is great condition.
Scheduling was a little slower then I would prefer. Hence, the reason for the "B' rating on responsiveness. Timbra contacted me within the 2 days given by Angies list. We scheduled a time via Angies list text but that was slow and cumbersome. I gave her my phone number and tried calling them but no answer. I would prefer to schedule via phone when I book the service...not 2 days later. I needed to take off work to be home for the installation so getting the installation date asap is very important me.
