"Roto Rooter employee showed up within minutes of my call.  I had trouble with water collecting in my kitchen drain. Our house has three cleanouts.  The main one could not be opened by the employee because he did not have the proper wrench.  We had to find one clean out that was below grade.  Fortunately I was able to find it and so I was not charged extra. Roto Rooter then used his power auger to remove the grease and paper clog in the line.  He then sent a camera down the line and said it was clear. <br /> Unfortunately,  that is not the end of the story.  About 2 weeks later, the system stopped up again. <br /> This time the company sent two men immediately , with all the correct tools,  fully cleared the system and I have had no problems since.  <br /> The work is warranted so there was no additional charge. <br /> The plus side is that this company is very responsive and they take responsibility when things don't go as expected.  I thought the cost was a little high but sometimes you get what paid for. <br /> Bottom line:  I would use them again. <br /> <br />"

Trevor contacted me after the first of the year to inform me that he is no longer using the services of the subcontractor who was supposed to repair the damage to my bathroom ceiling. He showed up on January 13, 2026 at the time he said he would and repaired the damage. The project is satisfactorily completed."
