"Professional. Replacement of water heater was delivered and installed same day."

"Search engine found Fred's through "Angi" and we're so glad! We needed a water heater replacement quickly for a rental unit. Fredy was professional, easy to work with and the prices were reasonable. From searching for a plumber to having the work completed only took 2 days! So happy!"

"Jimmy Gusky HVAC is truly as good as it gets. One of our AC units went down and through the warranty company found our way to Jimmy Gusky himself. Although out of their territory, Jimmy was willing to make the extra trip to diagnose the problem. He was very responsive to get our initial service call scheduled and determined the unit needed to be replaced, and we all know these units usually decide to break down only when pushed to the limit in the hottest summer months and we need AC the most. He did the legwork to get the warranty company to honor the recommendation and as you can see from the attached photo put in a much more substantial unit that is doing a fabulous job cooling the home. Add to that he actually had the unit and scheduled the install even before the warranty company approved the swap out. I that isn't one of the greatest examples of outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to exceed expectations, I don't know what is. Big thanks to Jimmy and team for their commitment to excellence!"

"My house to install HVAC system is in Virginia Beach, Virginia."

"Fine. I had no issues. They got out to the house very quickly, within several hours of request, they were quick with no added charges or time, and the estimates that were requested (replacement of water heater) were explained thoroughly."

"Thank you, your water filtration system is a perfect fit for our house in Reston VA. Worked with Randy who made free water test and recommendation and had the system installed by young man Matchett. Working with both gents was a real pleasure: they were in time, professional, did not waste my time, were right to the point. Installation was a breeze, received good recommendation, system works great, had another free water test after system was installed. Very happy with results. Strongly recommend."

"Fantastic company. We had a water heater installed. The installer was fantastic. He was on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We will use them again. If I could give them 10 stars I would.."

"Repairs done in timely manner. Frank explained whatâ s wrong and expectations on how long can the water heater last before possibly replacing it"

"Mr. Brian Langford made all the arrangements with the installation of our gas hot water heater from Lowe's via McCarthy plumbing. He was extremely helpful, patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"If I could give 10 stars I would! Our 2 year old hot water heater went out in the middle of the night due to an electrical issue. Tommy came the next morning, identified the problem and explained everything to me. He returned later that afternoon with a brand new hot water heater and installed it. We had hot water less than 24 hours after our heater went out! Installation was professional and I can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way. He was also up front, fair and honest about pricing. Thank you so much!"
