"I originally had this appointment scheduled for 9/4 between 10am and 12pm However, Donny was too busy on a significant project so he never called or showed. I kind of understood because lets face it, annual water heater flushes and anode rod inspections are not high priority in comparison to the big projects. But I only found out about this cancellation when I called the office after the time window had passed. So they rescheduled me for 9/6 between 4pm and 6pm. I got a call on this day from the office at 4:08pm stating that Donny would be arriving closer to 6pm. No problem for me as I agreed to that time window. Then the office calls again at 4:43pm stating that due to an emergency, Donny was not able to stop by my house (I hope everything is ok with him, he did a good job for me last year). The office sent a different plumber to my home.// Opio arrived promptly at 5:10pm and started with an indoor plumbing evaluation. I found that he was knowledgeable and I agree with his recommendation that all my sink valves need to be replaced. The quoted price of $1650 for 11 valves appears to be on the high end so I am going to get a quote from a similar highly rated company to verify that Pure Plumbing is competitive. // Next Opio flushed the water heater and gave me some good tips on how to do this myself since he thinks my water heater should be flushed every six months. The anode rod showed significant signs of detrioration to a measured diameter of less than 0.5”, so I accepted the $195 quote to replace it with the newer linked-style rod that will make future replacements easier. I had mixed feelings here: dissapointed that my anode rod lasted only one year after new installation of the water heater, but happy that this wear was caught and addressed by the inspection so I don’t run into future issues. All in all, Opio is an informative and friendly plumber."

JOHNNYS was the best deal and the had the best representative/agent (James) that visited my home. Hector (the lead technologist) and his install team did a great job! They were -- on time, quick, always followed COVID protocol and left the work site supper clean. Replacing a split AC system is not a trivial task. For a process that is large/complex/physically demanding Hector and his team, just got started and ground through the process like professionals (that they are). I was particularly impressed by the check list or run-down Hector did at the end each day with his team. I felt extremely comfortable and confident with both James and Hector through the entire process. One added note: “Johnny On the Spot Air Conditioning & Heating” answered the phone on the second ring every time… cannot say that about every company I got quotes from here in Las Vegas."

"I called Don to fix a leaking water line from a previous fridge that had been taken out that had an ice/water maker. Don came to my appt exactly on time and he was efficient and quick for the repair. No talking on cell phone re private calls etc. It ended up being a less involved repair than originally anticipated and he did not try to upsell me or do more complicated work than was necessary so the final cost came in a bit under original phone quote which was very nice. This is an new home for me and there was another concern that came up last night that Don could not stay for to complete bc he had another appt after me to be on time for (great reliability for all his customers!) but he did take the time to explain what was needed for that future appt which was courteous. Also I am a single woman and felt completely safe having Don in my home. In an additional plus, he was friendly to my dog who I only had to put away bc heâ s a wild boy and very nosy but Don seemed that he would be comfortable around a calm dog. I would absolutely hire Don again."

The job required 3 x 120V wall outlets for each wall, 1 x 230V outlet for special equipment, and an outside switch for an AC unit to be installed. However, after bringing up these issues, they promptly moved the heater into a better location providing proper clearances and replaced the corroded parts."
