We had a small and very outdated full bathroom with amongst other things: a bathtub liner, a soffit above the tub that served absolutely no purpose, wood floor and an awkwardly located linen closet. "We hired Rowe Construction for the second time for our master bathroom, which was a much bigger project. The project included demolishing the old bathroom and building a more oversized bathroom that included moving walls, moving toilet and shower locations, adding a new large window (masonry), installing tiles and lighting, and building a new walk-in closet. Ryan's team did a great job, and we are delighted with the craftsmanship, detailing, and overall quality. Everybody on their team was friendly and ensured the house stayed clean during construction. If you are building a new space or remodeling, look no further. I will hire them again."

"We hired Jack some time ago for some big jobs and are having issues now because of shoddy work done at the time. First, both bathrooms’ ceilings were painted with flat paint. Over time, the moisture caused the paint to flake and mold to form. A semi- gloss should have been used, which I would have expected a professional to know. We had them install a jacuzzi tub. The plumber mixed the hot and cold lines. We had to shut the water to the jacuzzi off to be able to get hot water in the shower. We will be selling soon and this will not be a cheap fix. The upper cabinets they installed in the kitchen are coming off of the ceiling. The rest of the work was okay, but not happy about having unprofessional with done after we paid so much."

Came in and unhooked and moved washer and dryer to garage, removed very heavy 8ft door and removed old tile all in about 90 minutes. Next day installed new tile and grouted Did an excellent job with no mess and cleaned up everything. New tile looks great! Fast, friendly, reasonable and quality work Would recommend to anyone!"

"Nermin was great! Very professional. We have three lights all on the same single light switch. We wanted a fan to be installed where the middle light is located. It was tricky but Nermin ran some more wire and got everything installed in a timely fashion. He was organized and left no mess. I was worried he wasn't going to be able to do the installation but he put my mind at ease as he figured out the best solution. I will be using him for other electrical jobs in the future. <br />"
