He ran a camera down the drain and found the blockage about 80 feet down the drain. It was grease. He ran a snake and managed to poke a hole through the grease blockage. "There were two men that came.  The main person was very professional and did all he was supposed to do and told me what he found in the inspection of the furnace.  The second person he brought was a little hands on with things not to do with the inspection.  The first gentleman told me they accidentally hit the button on the washing machine and let some water in the machine and I might want to drain it out.  When I looked at it the buttons had been pushed on the front of the washing machine.  As they came upstairs the same young man started touching Halloween decorations and the other gentleman told him to leave things alone.
