"Amazing it was on time punctual energetic had a great attitude walked me through what was wrong with water heater which it just started leaking rather badly that day. And then at 4:30 in the afternoon told me I’d be happy to go get the water heater and come back and install it because he knew we were leaving town the next day. He wrapped everything up and left here about 1030 at night and it was one of the absolute best service experience. His demeanor, attitude and his approach were excellent - could not be more pleased"

"This company was prompt, efficient and just plain nice. I originally wanted a different type of water heater, and Brian was willing to accommodate me, however, he told me of the many options available. And let me make my decision. He did the install quickly and with minimum mess, I am very happy to recommend this company to anybody looking for a top quality plumber!"

"Awesome experience with Wyatt’s HVAC and home solutions. My HVAC unit was over 10 years old and not cooling properly David diagnosed the problem and recommended a new 2.5 ton 15 seer unit, the price was very reasonable compared to others folks I got quotes from. He replaced my system within 2 days of me signing up with him. He was timely and very courteous, I recommend his service would not call anyone else for HVAC needs."

"We had a wonderful experience with The Besette Boys. They installed new kitchen island Cabinets, countertop, and sink for us. Their work is top notch. Our island looks beautiful and works for us way past any expectations we had. They are highly professional and do excellent work. So much so, we are having them back to do more plumbing work and cabinet installation."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
