"Dave is absolutely fantastic! Our hot water heater began leaking a small amount of rust water; turns out it was 21 years old. Dave got us the hot water heater we wanted for a fair price. The initial install was going great until he unboxed the new hot water heater only to realize it was completely dented. He worked with us to figure out a solution. He installed the dented water heater, so we wouldn't be without water until the new one could be here (special order). He even offered to allow us to not pay until the second water heater was installed. He is absolutely an amazing contractor and I would recommend him to anyone. He went above and beyond and we greatly appreciate him. Thank you Dave!"

The company that delivered the toilet was not associated with Aces. But Joanne at Aces handled the rescheduling with no problem. The installation went perfectly and Dave did an excellent job. "Good experience with Pioneer office as they called and followed up until the day of service.  Gilbert, the plumber, arrived on time and provided enough details for me to hire Pioneer on the spot. Gilbert did mention there may be a possibility of extra parts needed but I had a budget to stick with and with labor plus a small part, Gilbert came in & around my budget.  Considering I was leaving out of town and needed this done, I didn't mind paying a little over my budget for convenience.  No messes or clean up needed.
